“While I Was Suffering In Libya For Us, My Wife Was Sleeping With A Married Man”- Libya Returnee

A Libya returnee has revealed how his wife was busy having an affair with a married man while he was being tortured in the North African country in search for greener pastures. According to reports, Mr. James Kwarteng was legally residing in Libya. He had permit to live and work there, until his unfortunate ‘arrest’.

He was reportedly captured by a group of armed Libyans and Koreans, who would only trade you for a sum of money or harvest your kidneys.

James who said he saw death everyday – was tied and hanged in the air for seven (7) days, without water or food to eat. The only taste of liquid he ever drank was the blood that oozed from his head anytime the Libyans crushed his head with a gun – when he called for water.

According to James, they seize all your belongings when captured; so if you are unable to remember any phone number off-head, for the Libyans to trade with, you are killed on the spot. James had managed to save GHs 25, 000 with his mother in Ghana, so when they (Libyans) contacted his mother, she wired that same money to save her son’s life.

James has Three (3) kids, two in secondary school, and One (1) in primary school.

While James was in Libya, surviving for his family, his wedded wife, a nurse, and a staunch church member was busy having an affair with another married man.

According to reports, the man had planned on divorcing his wife for James’ wife. James got proof of his wife’s affair with the ex-boyfriend, and their plans to settle but couldn’t do much about it.

His wife later ran away, leaving this wounded man with their three kids.

A Ghanaian journalist, David Papa Bondze-Mbir, who shared Jame’s pathetic story online met with him recently to give him US $500 (over N180,000), donated towards the treatment of his deteriorating shot-hand.

The High Court sitting in Mukono, Uganda, has sentenced a 63-year-old Imam with 3 wives, for defiling a two-year-old girl.Musa Mulo, an Imam at Kibubbu Mosque, was convicted upon his own plea of guilt.

The state prosecutor, Ms Janat Kitimbo, told court that Imam Mulo sexually tormented the toddler in 2012. Prosecution submitted that on the fateful day, the victim went alone to Mulo’s home in the neighbourhood.

Mulo grabbed her in his compound and took her into the house where he defiled her and damaged her private parts. The Imam later told her to go back home.

At the commencement of the trial on Friday, the imam pleaded guilty to defiling the girl. “I carried that child, put her on my laps and I just saw my zip opening by itself,” the imam mused court.

Justice Ms Margaret Mutonyi observed that Mulo is not fit to be an imam or live in society. She described him as “a dangerous person” who is supposed to be kept away from children. She then sentenced him to life imprisonment.

Ambode urged the police to ensure proper investigation of reported cases.

Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State has recommended a minimum sentence of 25 years for rapists.

Ambode made the recommendation during a symbolic walk against domestic and sexual violence in the state, saying rapeshould not be tolerated with light sentence.

“It is highly recommended. We need new laws which will respond adequately to the nature and occurrences of this era.

“Domestic violence is a crime and should be treated as such. The Protection against Domestic Violence Law, 2007 should, therefore, be amended accordingly,” he added.

Ambode enjoined the Nigeria Police Force, which is usually the first point of call, to strive to be more professional and ensure proper investigation of reported cases by grooming specialist officers in that regard.

The governor said, “As the saying goes, the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago; the next best time is now.

“We firmly believe that the actions we take today will be the seeds sown for a brighter future for our women and indeed, our children.

“We believe our state can continue to pioneer in this agenda and become a benchmark not just in Nigeria, but globally.”

Suspected herdsmen, late last night ambushed traders in Guma LGA of Benue State, killing many of them, including market women and children.

DAILY POST gathered that the victims were returning from the popular Yelewata Market when the attackers laid ambush on them, hacking some of them to death and inflicting injuries on several others.

Earlier, the suspected herdsmen had attacked Tse Igbe at Nyiev Council Ward in Guma Benue State, killing one Christopher Unenge, a Catholic catechist and another villager identified as Ayem Mbakuughur and many others.

Among those killed in the latest attack, DAILY POST gathered, was a man identified as Aondowase Uma, market women and some children.

“They killed Aondowase Uma, many other persons and even injured four people who were returning from Yelewata Market last night.

“As we speak, several persons are still missing; as at this morning, search is still ongoing,” a fleeing resident told our reporter Wednesday morning.

Meanwhile, several calls to the Benue State Police Command Police Relations Officer, Moses Yamu, ASP, for comment were not responded.

Ms Nalumasi reported to police who arrested the randy Imam. Upon his arrest, a group of Muslims stormed Nalumasi’s home and destroyed her property, claiming she had framed Imam Mulo, their religious leader.

However at the commencement of the trial on Friday, the imam pleaded guilty to defiling the girl.

A Nigerian man identified as Evangelist Igg who reside at Italy has been reportedly killed after a fight in the nightclub.

According to Information gathered, revealed that he was brutally stabbed todeath by his girlfriend, while the duo were fighting at the club.

He died shortly after the incident as he was not given any first aid treatment while he languished in his pains.

It was reported that the duo had been having slight disagreements that evening before they entered into the club.

But they were later seen dancing with each other and friends assumed they had settled whatever might be the bone of contention between them.

Igg was later reported to be having a chat with her while they both sat in the club. Then all of a sudden, she stood up and broke a bottle which she used to stab the man on his neck.

He was reported to have slumped immediately before friends rushed to him, but he later died as there was no means available to administer first aid treatment on him.

Friends took to Facebook to mourn him.
